We've strived at Settembre Cellars to produce cellar-worthy wines (we still enjoy a glass of our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon on special occasions!). However, not all wines are built to last. Our Rosé and lighter red wines in particular should usually be enjoyed sooner rather than later. For those of you either stocking up or laying down bottles here is our best educated guess on the timeline, for properly cellared wine, that you should consider drinking our current releases.
